We are a growing company, and our approach to community and social impact is growing alongside it. Here is what that looks like today, in practice rather than promises.
We do not yet run a formal CSR programme with its own budget and reporting. What follows is what we actually do today, honestly stated, while we build toward something more structured.

Local hiring, first
Every engineer, designer, and support role we open is based in Nigeria. No offshore substitution. Growth for Zozzah means growth for the people around us in Uyo.
Skills development
We support professional development for our team: certifications, courses, and conferences relevant to their roles, so skills built at Zozzah stay useful for a career, not just a project.
Backing an emerging hub
Uyo is an emerging technology city, and Zozzah operates as a technology anchor there. Every project we deliver from Uyo is a case for why the city belongs in that conversation.
