Your Implementation Partner for Nigeria
Zozzah Technologies delivers your enterprise platform to Nigerian clients: from initial scoping through to go-live and ongoing support. We are the in-country implementation team you do not have to hire, manage, or relocate.
The problem we solve
You have a Nigerian client who needs your platform implemented. You do not have an in-country team. Flying in consultants from outside Nigeria for a multi-week implementation is expensive, logistically complex, and risks poor local outcomes.
What we provide
A Zozzah team, trained on your platform, credentialed by your firm, handles the entire Nigerian delivery. Client-facing, on-site where needed, with full accountability to both you and the end client.
What you retain
Intellectual property, client relationship, commercial terms, and product roadmap. We are the delivery arm, not the client owner. You retain the contract; we deliver the project.
WHAT WE HANDLE
Full-cycle implementation delivery
Requirements & scoping
We conduct client-side discovery in Nigeria, mapping business processes, data structures, and integration requirements, and translate them into a delivery specification.
System configuration
We configure your platform to the client's Nigerian-market requirements: local currency, tax rules, regulatory fields, local user roles, and organisational structure.
Data migration
We handle the migration of existing client data from legacy systems, spreadsheets, or prior platforms into your product, including data cleansing and validation.
Integration work
We connect your platform to the client's existing Nigerian systems: local banks, NIBSS, local ERPs, government portals, and payment gateways.
Training & change management
On-site and remote training for end users and admin teams. We write the training materials in context, not from a generic template.
Go-live support
We are on-site for system go-live, managing the transition and resolving issues in real time, so your client's first experience is a positive one.
Hypercare & handover
30 to 90 days of intensive post-launch support before transitioning to standard managed support.
Ongoing managed support
Monthly IT support retainer for the Nigerian client: system administration, user issues, minor configuration changes, and escalation management.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How do you get trained on our platform?
We request product training from your team, typically a structured onboarding programme. We send relevant team members through certification, and we shadow your existing implementation team on the first project before leading independently.
Who is the client-facing contact?
Zozzah is the face of the implementation in Nigeria. Your client knows they are working with an authorised partner. For escalations above our scope, we loop you in as the product vendor.
How do we structure commercial terms?
Implementation fees are agreed project-by-project, based on scope. We take a fixed-fee or time-and-materials engagement. Ongoing support is structured as a monthly retainer billed to the end client.
What if an implementation requires your product to change?
We document any change requests and route them through your product team via the standard partner channel. We do not modify your product. We configure and extend within the platform's supported scope.
