We are not interested in beautiful prototypes that fail in production. Our standard is software that works reliably for real Nigerian users under real Nigerian conditions.
Own your work
Projects are owned by the person responsible for them. We do not micro-manage. You are expected to raise problems early, ask for help when you need it, and see things through to completion.
Be honest about timelines
We do not promise clients what we cannot deliver. Internally, that means we expect the same: realistic estimates, early flags when something is at risk, no 11th-hour surprises.
Learn continuously
Technology changes fast. We support training, certifications, and professional development. If there is a conference, course, or tool that makes you better at what you do, we want to know about it.

Building web applications and backend systems for Nigerian and international clients. 2+ years experience required.
Mobile Developer (React Native)
Full-time · Uyo
Building iOS and Android apps for Nigerian businesses. Experience with Nigerian payment APIs (Paystack, Flutterwave) is a plus.
IT Support Engineer
Full-time · Uyo
On-site and remote IT support for business clients in Uyo and Akwa Ibom. MCSA or CompTIA A+/Network+ preferred.
Digital Marketing Specialist
Full-time · Uyo
Managing digital marketing campaigns for Nigerian business clients. Experience with Nigerian market advertising is required.
Project Manager (Technology)
Full-time · Uyo
Managing software and web development projects from scoping through delivery. Must be comfortable reading technical specifications and managing client expectations.
