Do you supply the cameras as well as install?
Yes. We source, supply, and install — one vendor, one invoice, one point of contact for warranty claims.
Can I view my cameras remotely on my phone?
Yes. All IP systems we install include remote viewing via mobile app (Hik-Connect, DMSS, or similar). We configure this during installation and test it before we leave.
What happens when a camera stops working?
Call us. If you have a maintenance contract, it is covered. If not, we respond on a call-out basis. We carry common camera models in stock for fast replacement.
How long does installation take?
A 4–8 camera system in a typical office or commercial premises takes one to two days. Larger or multi-floor installations take longer. We give you a timeline before we start.
Do you install outside Uyo?
Yes. We install and support CCTV nationwide through our network of 20 offices across Nigeria, with Uyo and Akwa Ibom State as our home base for hands-on local delivery.
